Since always, cooking and hospitality have been a part of our lives. I grew up surrounded by the smell of dishes slowly cooking, the sound of plates being prepared, and the atmosphere of a lively dining room. To me, it’s not just a job, it’s truly an education — a way of life.


My dad passed this on to me without ever really needing to explain it. Just by watching him work, welcome guests, and give so much of himself to make people happy… I understood that behind every service, there is heart. And that’s something that has always stayed with me.


A few years ago, I naturally joined him in this adventure. Not just to help, but because it felt obvious. Because it’s our story, our thing. Working together isn’t always easy, but above all, it’s something really special. We understand each other without speaking, we share the same values, and we move forward together.


This restaurant is not just a place. It’s a part of our life, of our relationship. A passion we share, a bond that brings us even closer, beyond the work itself.
